Asking for a little help today🙏🙏 Our friends' father went to Ukraine as a civilian to help with the war. He volunteered to do this....who does that??? In May he developed a very rapidly spreading form of cancer. He has required round the clock home care and most recently had to be rushed to the ICU where he has been for over a week and is not expected to live much longer. His daughters have been fighting for months to get him proper treatment, but due to the war, language barrier and the different laws, every attempt has been met with another obstacle. These girls have been fighting an impossible battle for months as his health continued to decline. On top of getting up between 2am and 4am each day to start their calls to Ukraine, they have also been working over-time through their tears, to pay for all of his care. The hospital stay alone is $1200 per day. It is with great sadness that we say farewell to Dr. Sami Bati :( I did not know him well, but within moments of our first interaction, I knew I was talking with a kindred spirit. There are some people that walk into your life, and you just know that they are special. I could feel the love and passion for his work emanating from his being. This was a true healer. We will never know the impact that a person like Dr. Bati has on the world, and even if we did, it would be so great that I don’t think we could fathom it. This is so cool! It appeared on 8/8 Lions's Gate. I have been told and I believe that crop circles are messages, or gifts from the Universe. Sacred geometry and symbols carry vibratory frequency much like our words do. I asked my "Guide Team" what this one meant, and before I could complete my question they said "New Beginnings!" I feel like this is a big hug reminding us that even though things may get a little bumpy over the next year, that we are loved and supported and we will come out on the other side in a much better place than where we are now. ❤

Yup, that’s right. All the wobbling, shaking and falling is a part of Yoga. It might be the most important part. That’s where the magic happens. What does that magic look like? You might learn to not give up and see what’s possible, you might set goals for yourself and do hard things, you might give yourself grace and start to be kind to yourself, and you might just find joy in the moment and gratitude for showing up. Everything we learn on our mat we take with us off our mat and into our lives. Yoga magic baby!!! 💗
