Ed Krippel is a final test and inspection specialist for 15 years working with ultrasonic transducers in the medical profession. He has had a strong interest in meditation and has been practicing for the past decade with an emphasis in Zen. He also does annual retreats where noble silence is observed often for 5 days or more. He is starting on a path to introduce meditation to others in an easy, approachable manner. Outside of work, Ed enjoys spending time in nature with his person Lorie, and her pups.

1st class description

We will use our 1.5 hours to explore some of the meditation basics, but we will emphasize on Metta or Loving Kindness meditation practices. I feel personally and globally we can benefit greatly from this.

Puppy Yoga was a blast! Bodhi was vigilant. He checked form and gave LOTS of kisses 💋. At one point he napped on the leg of a pretty lady (teaching yoga is hard work). Then he took Savasana and did Yoga Nidra next to her.
