Rara's Pizza & Wings is hiring a hands-on General Manager for our pizzeria in West Boca. This is your chance to get in on the ground floor of a growing brand. Candidate must have full time availability. Good pay, determined by your experience. Profit share/partnership will be offered to the right candidate. Please ensure your resume reflects your relevant experience so we can contact you for an interview. Looking to fill position immediately.

Primary responsibilities: • Oversee employees, operations, and work to ensure a positive customer experience • Make fresh dough daily and make hand tossed New York style pizzas along with Detroit Style pizzas. Requirements: • Ability to work as part of a team • Must possess leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with cook, cashier, delivery drivers and customers • Customer service and friendly demeanor • Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced work environment • Comprehension and organization to follow steps and recipes as instructed • Maintain a clean working environment • Pizza making and kitchen skills are required.
