Please be advised there is no threat to the area. The 24/7 Study Lounge adjacent to the main library in the Hillel building will be open and available.

Online resources and Ask the Librarian service will be available during that time, and the library will open for normal operation at 11 a.m.

Prof. of Statistics Dr. Eric D. Kolaczyk and Marc Weinstein, Vice-Principal of Advancement of McGill University in Montreal visited The Rubin and Cindy Gruber Sandbox at the FAU Libraries this week and met with MPCR Lab staff and graduate students working on projects here.

Owl on the Shelf scavenger hunt was a fun way for students to take a short break from their studies last week and explore the library a bit!
With over 50 players, all twelve owls have been found under 30 minutes each. Thank you for playing and good luck with your exams, Owls!

Wimberly PAWS was a great success! It is fair to say we are all a little less stressed, after spending time with K9 Vallie (who made a lot of friends today and seemed to generally enjoy herself very much), doing a bit of coloring, and getting great tips on dealing with burnout, exam induced stress, and anxiety from Owls Care.

We know the finals week can be extremely stressful, so we invited K9 Vallie to stop by the libraries for a quick therapy session.

Wimberly Library recently celebrated the announcement of significant estate gift commitments from longtime FAU benefactors Howard Weiner, M.D. and Judith Weiner. Their generosity will enhance support to the existing Howard and Judith Weiner Spirit of America Endowed Advancement Fund and will establish two new endowed funds.
