Love Coffee? Subculture Coffee, with 6 locations from Jupiter to Boca Raton, is expanding, and we need some dedicated, passionate coffee lovers. We love experience, but it is NOT mandatory. What is mandatory is a great work ethic, a passion for what you do, and a welcoming personality. If this sounds like you, then we will train you in all things coffee. Subculture Coffee has opportunities to move up, so this is not a dead-end job. Our Barista positions start at $15 per hour plus tips. Because our customers love us, tips will range from a low of $6 per hour to $12 per hour, bringing your hourly to $21-$27 per hour. Of course, tips are dependent on your ability to make all your customers happy,
