HERBS AND FERTILITY
When it comes to enhancing fertility with herbs, the claims and possibilities seem endless.
Let’s be clear that there isn’t one supplement or herb that is going to be helpful for everyone when it comes to fertility. That being said, incorporating targeted herbs in your comprehensive fertility plan can boost fertility enough to help some couples conceive.
It can be frustrating and sometimes difficult to figure out which herbs might be most appropriate. If possible, it’s wise to work with a qualified practitioner such as an Acupuncturist, Naturopath, or Functional Medicine Doctor to help you discover which herbs are ideal for your case. 🌿

WHY SUFFER?
Pregnancy acupuncture, also known as post-conception acupuncture, is a natural way to enhance pregnancy without the use of drugs, and can help alleviate or reduce morning sickness and other symptoms associated with the first and second trimesters. It enhances the gestation process and promotes a healthy and easy labor.
In the case of delayed labor, acupuncture is an excellent choice over artificial medication induction with pitocin . The success rate for labor induction through acupuncture within 24 hours of treatment, as proven in a study lead by Australian specialist Andrew Orr is 88%.
Pregnancy acupuncture treatments are normally performed once per week. When symptoms are severe, two pregnancy acupuncture treatments per week are recommended. For delayed labor, two to five treatments are necessary to promote natural labor (depending on frequency of contractions and cervix dilation).

Tips To Boost S***m Count And Male Fertility
Relax And Minimize Stress
It’s hard to get in the mood when you’re feeling stressed, but there might be more to it than not feeling up for s*x. Stress may reduce your s*xual satisfaction and impair your fertility.
Get Enough Vitamin C
Not only does it boost the immune system, in some evidence indicates that taking antioxidant supplements, such as vitamin C, may improve fertility.
Exercise Regularly
Besides being good for your general health, exercising regularly can boost testosterone levels and improve fertility.

How To Support Your Partner Through Infertility?
Communicate More Clearly
Many people have trouble expressing what they want. Both partners need to work at communicating better during the stresses of fertility treatment. An easy way is to ask for what you want, in a nonjudgmental way, or to offer something you think your partner might like.
Remember to Comfort
Both women and men like kindness. Small things can be comforting in stressful times, whether it’s a little gift of something they like or talking about fun times they’ve had. Be nice to each other, be thoughtful. A little kindness goes a long way.
Don’t Deny Your Feelings, or Hers
Give each other space to “feel your feels,” and don’t be surprised or angry if your feelings are not the same. If either or both partners find their emotions too hard to deal with or feel their relationship is under too much stress, it might be the right time to get professional help. Your fertility center may have a counselor or can refer you to a therapist experienced in dealing with the emotions of fertility treatment.

Stress has been linked to lowered chances of pregnancy. What are simple ways to relieve stress?
Reduce your caffeine intake. Caffeine is a stimulant found in coffee, tea, chocolate and energy drinks. High doses can increase anxiety.
Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress. People who exercise regularly are less likely to experience anxiety.
Spend time with friends and family. Social support from friends and family can help you get through stressful times.

What To Eat When Trying To Get Pregnant?
Plant-Based Fats - Nuts, avocados, olive oil, and grapeseed oil can reduce the inflammation in the body, which helps promote regular ovulation and general fertility. Studies have shown that consuming a certain quantity of monounsaturated fats in the form of avocados during the IVF cycle increased the success rate by three and a half times.
Fruits and Veggies - Load your plate with fruit and veggies to help improve egg quality. Fruits and vegetables give the body a rich supply of glutathione, which is important for egg quality.
Slow Carbs - Eat more complex ("slow") carbs and limit highly processed ones. Good carbs (those containing fiber, beans and whole grains) are digested slowly and have a more gradual effect on blood sugar and insulin. Barely refined grains are superb sources of fertility such as B vitamins, vitamin E, and fiber.

Regardless of which partner is the cause and often it's both, it's important to face infertility as a couple, to think in terms of having a family and going through fertility treatments together.
ESSENTIALS TO BECOME
• You need to have regular s*xual in*******se during your fertile time. Your doctor can help you better understand when you're most fertile.
• Your partner needs s***m. For most couples, this isn't a problem unless your partner has a history of illness or surgery. Your doctor can run some simple tests to evaluate the health of your partner's s***m.
• To get pregnant, your ovaries must produce and release an egg, a process known as ovulation. Your doctor can help evaluate your menstrual cycles and confirm ovulation.
• You need to have open fallopian tubes and a normal uterus. The egg and s***m meet in the fallopian tubes, and the embryo needs a healthy uterus in which to grow.
POSSIBLE REASONS OF INFERTILITY IN WOMEN
• Polycystic O***y Syndrome (PCOS)
• Hypothalamic Dysfunction
• Premature Ovarian Failure
• Too much prolactin
• Damage to fallopian tubes (tubal infertility)
• Endometriosis
• Uterine or cervical causes
• Unexplained infertility

Infertility can happen to both male and female. The health of both male and female partners play an important role. Up to 15 percent of couples are infertile. This means they aren't able to conceive a child, even though they've had frequent, unprotected s*xual in*******se for a year or longer. In over a third of these couples, male infertility plays a role.
Male infertility is due to low s***m production, abnormal s***m function or blockages that prevent the delivery of s***m. Illnesses, injuries, chronic health problems, lifestyle choices and other factors can play a role in causing male infertility.
SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF MALE INFERTILITY
• Main sign of male infertility is the inability to conceive a child
• A lower than normal s***m count (fewer than 15 million s***m per milliliter of semen or a total s***m count of less than 39 million per ej*****te)
• Pain, swelling or a lump in the testicle area
• Abnormal breast growth (gynecomastia)
• Problems with s*xual function — for example, difficulty with ej*******on or small volumes of fluid ej*****ted, reduced s*xual desire, or erectile dysfunction
• Decreased facial or body hair or other signs of a chromosomal or hormonal abnormality
• Recurrent respiratory infections
• Inability to smell

How to Win the Battle of Infertility Treatment
First Define the Problem - The first step in the battle of infertility is to define the problem so you can start looking at solutions.
Infertility is a Battle, You Fight with Everything You Have and Then You Reach Acceptance - It will be a long, hard fight but you got to throw everything at it to win the fight of infertility.
Time to Up Your Game - Before investing a lot of time and money in a Fertility Clinic or IVF make sure you check out not only their success record but also feedback from current and past patients.
Infertility Doesn’t Define You - Once you’ve reached the acceptance stage you have won the battle because you are accepting things as they are, whether it’s the outcome you had hoped for or not.

You are incredibly strong If you have gone through a failed pregnancy. No one could do what you are doing right now.❤️
Why Do Miscarriages Happen?
According to the American Pregnancy Association (APA), the most common cause of miscarriage is a chromosomal abnormality in the embryo. But several other factors can also be the culprit, including thyroid disorders, diabetes, immunological disorders, drug abuse, and more.
How Do I Decrease My Risk of Miscarriage?
In many cases, miscarriage can’t be prevented, especially when the cause is chromosomal abnormalities that aren’t compatible with life. We advise optimizing your health by:
• Seeing an OBGYN to review chronic conditions and medications.
• Taking prenatal vitamins 2 to 3 months prior to trying to conceive.
• Ensuring that all their vaccines are up-to-date.
• Reviewing your diet.
• Limit or eliminate alcohol and caffeine in their diets.
• Keep in mind that even if you followed all of that advice, you may not be able to prevent miscarriage from happening to you.

What You Must Know About IVF ❤️
• Before beginning the process, do your research because it can be expensive and it is not for everybody.
• IVF is the process of removing the eggs from the ovaries, fertilizing them with s***m in a laboratory, and then transferring the resulting embryo back into the uterus.
• Don’t give up because infertility is a very common phenomenon, affecting around 1 in 6 couples. Around 5% of infertile couples turn to IVF to help them conceive.
• When committing to infertility treatments, patients should be positive. Persistence and confidence, reducing stress, and being healthy are wonderful for a successful IVF and a brighter future.
• IVF requires frequent monitoring. In hopes of finding the perfect opportunity to find the right egg, and determining the level of egg production.
• Not all fertility problems are the same, meaning IVF is not the only solution.
• Recent studies have suggested that frozen eggs and embryos are just as viable as fresh ones.
• The younger you are, the better in terms of success rates. In women, the decline in fertility begins at around 35 and accelerates though the 30s and 40s. This means that by the early 40s it is much more difficult to conceive and by 45 there is a much reduced chance of treatment succeeding.
• IVF isn't the first thing you should do when trying to conceive. Even though it's easy to want to make the process of having a baby a sure thing, IVF shouldn't be your first option.
• You may need more than one cycle of treatment. The success rates of IVF are around 35% on average, meaning that most patients will have to undergo a number of treatments before achieving a successful pregnancy.
• Acupunctute can increase your IVF success rate. There is more than one study out there that correlates acupuncture with IVF success.
• IVF does not give you a 100 percent chance for pregnancy. The chances of pregnancy will depend on the age of a woman’s eggs and many other factors particular to a couple. Success rates also vary between clinics, so it’s important to discuss this with whatever fertility specialist or clinic you choose.

Waiting to become a mother can be a long, heartbreaking journey, especially when it deals with infertility. If you’re experiencing this in your life, know that you’re not alone. There’s about 7.3 million women that have experienced infertility or used infertility services in the United States today.
For those who are trying to conceive but cannot, it’s important to know that there is still hope, whether that’s through assisted reproductive technology like IVF or surrogacy, or another family-building method like adoption, or other complimentary treatments.
But How Do You Cope With The Stress Of Infertility?
• Before doing anything, speak with a trusted counsellor or specialist.
• Take care of yourself. Even when things seem too difficult, take time for yourself in whatever way works best for you.
• Don’t blame yourself. Blaming yourself for your infertility won’t be productive instead, focus your energy on your goals.
• Always be honest with your partner. Your partner is the person who will be there for you more than anyone while you go through this infertility process, and it’s important that you remain a strong team throughout this journey.
• Find healthy outlets for your emotions like doing the things you love.
• Be optimistic but also realistic. When you’re spending time grieving infertility, it’s important to remain optimistic and hopeful. However, it’s also important that you give yourself realistic goals at this point in your infertility.
• Join a women's infertility support group. It can be helpful to hear from others who are also coping with infertility.
• Reestablish strong intimacy with your partner.
Intimacy of all kinds s*xual and romantic can go a long way to relieving stress and making you feel like your old self again.

Wise Tips For A Healthy Pregnancy
1) Stay healthy by not smoking, not drinking alcohol, and not using drugs. And also, be sure you’ve been properly vaccinated for certain diseases—such as chicken pox and rubella—that could harm an unborn baby.
2) Take prenatal vitamins such as folic acid, calcium, and iron from the very start to finish. Health care providers recommend taking folic acid both before and during pregnancy.
3) Regular exercise is important for the general health and can help improve circulation, sleep better, reduce stress, boost your mood and control your weight.
4) Maintain a healthy diet. Eating healthy prenatal food can help prime your body for conception, according to nutritionists.
5) Avoid hot tubs and saunas because they can cause the risks of overheating, dehydration, and fainting.
6) Lastly, get early and regular prenatal care. See your doctor and consider complimentary treatments if you’re starting to plan a pregnancy.

Here are three tips for inducing fertility:
1. Switch to vegetable protein sources.
Studies show that protein from meat causes a higher chance, specifically 32%, of contracting fertility complications.
2. Cut down on the caffeine
A study shows that women who consume more than 500mg of caffeine on a daily could take 9.5 months longer to get pregnant. High caffeine intake also increases the risk for miscarriages.
3. Eat food that are rich in Antioxidants
Antioxidants help your body in battling free radicals, that if left alone to roam may cause damage to both egg and s***m cells.
