Our Story
I'm proud to celebrate our 7th year doing MOBILE WOOD FIRED PIZZAS. I have decided to retire from a brick and mortar store to only serving MOBILE WOOD FIRED PIZZA at your Home or place of business. Call or Text (561 )990 6705 for more information on how you can book an awesome party.
Since I have a passion for pizza that began when I was growing up in New York. After working in the industry, however, I realized that most pizzas were undercooked and not very exciting. I decided to create a pizza that was "well done" in both senses of the phrase. I feel confident that our pizza exceeds what I had hoped for when I first began refining recipes. Our 10 inch, hand-crafted, thin crusted pizzas are cooked in our Wood Fired brick oven which reaches an excess of 900 degrees. The artisanal Pizzas may even lose their perfect shape due to contact with the stone floor of the oven. If you're serious about well done pizza, come check us out!
