Lauryn is a very active student at Varnado High School, where she currently serves as the Student Body President. She has been a member of Future Farmers of America for six years, held the President office for four years, and placed on the state level in various competitions for three consecutive years. She also serves as President of the National Technical Honor Society and Vice President of National Honor Society and National Beta Club.She has been a member of 4-H and National Beta Club since elementary school and is the Web Editor for Key Club. Additionally, Lauryn serves as the Area IV FFA President, a position she has held for the last two years. She has been a member of the Southeastern Louisiana University Talent Search Program for 5 years and was awarded a five day trip to Orlando, Florida.

After graduation, Lauryn plans to pursue a doctorate in pharmacy with a minor in pediatrics and women's studies.

Lauryn is such an exceptional individual and has demonstrated outstanding academic achievements, leadership, and a commitment to excellence. Join us in celebrating her amazing accomplishments and dedication to her education, school, and community.
