Just went to drop off some SimBale Sports flyers at Blue Cow and Ed made me one of their new Smoothie Bubble Teas.....yummy! I highly suggest you give it a try! I had pomagranite raspberry but they have a ton of flavors. Didn't think I would like it more than their yogurt but I did!

Tip for October:

As the cold weather approaches, you will want to gravitate towards the couch and carbs...don't allow it! It does not take much to let this cooler weather invigorate you....your body does not have to work as hard in the heat!

Take three computer breaks each day! Each time you stand, do ten jumping jacks and a quick walk around the office and then grab a fruit a or veggie snack! This will improve your productivity as blood flows to your brain and body.

Enjoy the beauty of the Fall season and be thankful for the things and people around you.
