Dishwashers will wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
· Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using a dishwasher or by hand.
· Keep dishwasher clean and maintained, and immediately report any functional or mechanical problems to the Kitchen Manager.
· Monitor dishwasher water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
· Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
· Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
· Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
· Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
· Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
· Clean food preparation and production areas as required.

Huckhouse Brunchette is looking to hire fulltime line cooks. Starting pay is $17 - $21 based off experience.

Line cooks also pay special attention to speed, cleanliness, organization, and product specifications.

The Host at Brunchette must give a positive first impression of the establishments’ friendliness, excellent service and high standards. The host cares for guests by greeting them when they arrive and thanking them as they leave. They make the guests feel welcome with conversation as they show them to their seat. Hosts also support the guests' experience by refilling beverages and performing light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning menus, checking restrooms cleanliness, bussing tables, sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping surfaces, sanitizing child seats, etc... Hosts also aid the servers as needed.

The Host has the important job of setting the flow of the establishment by seating guests and creating wait lists. Proper coordination and communication between the host and chefs about party sizes, wait list, open menu counts, ticket times, and workflow are necessary for the restaurant to have a successful day. A good host will keep proper pacing in the seating of customers; being mindful not to overwhelm the kitchen staff, while also keeping the servers well seated, the customers happy, and the tables turning
