Quick spruce up for this bathroom today! Upon demo I found some water damage from the corroded toilet fl**ge. This is pretty common for an older home especially one built in 1978. Replaced the fl**ge and a small section of subfloor to bring it back to its original glory! New vanity, flooring and toilet we were good to go. Thank you for the business Kathy! Enjoy!

Thank you Brad and Nicole! The original shower pan failed causing some pretty significant damage to this home in Meridian. Everything was waterproofed using kerdi membrane tiled grouted cleaned and good to go! Of course I forgot pictures after paint.

This shiplap fireplace surround was built by me a few years ago. A regrettable roof leak required some modifications to be made. Nonetheless, I am thrilled with how it turned out! Anahi's bedroom was huge! So we shrunk it down to create a more useful space. We took this 20 ft by 14 ft bedroom added a wall to create another room that she can use for her office or use as the game room. We added the doorway in the long hall to allow access, insulation was also added to help with sound reduction for wild fortnite battles! We taped, mudded and textured the wall which she is going to paint herself. 2024 is looking like it's going to be a busy year so contact us soon to get on the books! Thanks again Anahi!

This basement bathroom is almost functional again! Just waiting on the toilet and vanity. The before and after pics speak for themselves.

Here's some before and afters from our job in Robie creek! This one had its challenges but I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Here we redid the flooring throughout the main floor, added a false beam and lap cedar ceiling to this main living area, added casing and trim to the windows, painted, we also revamped this kitchen by painting the cabinets adding soft close hardware and a modern farm sink! Thank you Gail and Rick for welcoming us into your home! I think Norm and Tom would approve 👌.
