Food doesn’t cause acne, it triggers acne. Lifestyle habits are how we control these known triggers. And everyone’s different, so if eggs don’t bother you, don’t sweat it.

🚨 When consumed in excessive amounts, egg related breakouts can look like inflamed acne on the chin, jawline, and/or neck. 🚨
