Fun Thursday post!!! Our clients are absolutely this cool!!

Just wanted to send you a quick note to invite you to join me at the Heritage Social Club 5467 N. Glenwood Street August 15th for this for this unique experience with the NonProfit MVP TV Show! Think of this event as an adult “trick or treating” experience :) but without the candy... or the creepy...

The event begins at 5pm and this is a typical bar environment with food, beverages and music in the background. You can mingle with your friends or family, and nonprofits will approach people throughout the room in this 2-hour timed event. Nonprofits will creatively and informatively ask for donations, with each having 3-4 representatives working the crowd. Your role would be to listen, and if you feel inclined, donate to those organizations. This is a Challenge for the 6 competing nonprofits to engage with an audience talking about their mission, their cause and what they are raising money for.

This "peer to peer" ask is a different way of fundraising for most of the nonprofits and they are competing for the dollars raised. After engaging with and supporting one or all of the nonprofits, you will receive an item such as a bracelet, necklace, or lapel pin. This will indicate to other representatives that you’ve already been approached. It is possible that you’ll be approached by all organizations during this 2-hour event and you're welcome to give to contribute to all or none, totally your option.

This will be filmed for the TV show called Nonprofit MVP and will be airing later this year!
