Our office will be closed on the 4th and 5th of July to allow restful celebration with our families. Have a WONDERFUL 4TH OF JULY!

Good morning! As of right now it looks like the mayor of Boise's phases have us opening up AROUND June 1st. We have been trying to get clarification on this for a week now and as soon as we do we will post it EVERYWHERE! We can't wait to see you all again 😀

We have been getting up early, packing our lunch and heading in to the office to make it even better for all of our wonderful clients and Massage Therapist! Miss you!

We have made the difficult decision to temporarily close as of Monday March 23rd, for the safety of our community. Massage is a wonderful way to stay healthy however, at this time the risks outweigh the rewards and we must all do our part to stop the spread. Please continue your self care through breathing techniques, stretching, yoga and exercise at home. Stay healthy and we will see you on the other side!
