We did it! I held the ladder for Delia in 100 degree heat and made her climb the side of the building to get my sign up 🔝 Not quite as easy as Hunter used to make it look… but in all seriousness, we are offering weekly metalsmithing classes and so excited about expanding this program and everything that comes with it! Artist Spotlight!

Nicole Hitchcock is a local artist who uses mixed media and resin to create abstract art that emphasizes colors and textures, connecting us to the natural world. She has exhibited her work at various galleries and will be showcasing a piece at our upcoming exhibition, "Embracing Allegory", this Thursday, July 11th 5-9pm. We are so excited to have Nicole's work at the gallery, join us to meet this amazing woman, view her new work as well as work from many other artists!

These photos were taken by the talented Michelle Bliss during a school field trip where Delia taught her daughter's kindergarten class from the art of torch firing glass powder enamel to copper shapes. Delia has been teaching and practicing art for over 20 years so it makes sense her daughter has been torch firing enamel since she was 3 years old. Thank you Delia for being an inspiration and an incredible teacher, mentor, mother and advocate for the community.

Last Thursdays exhibition was a wonderful time! Huge thanks to everyone who came out to enjoy John Killmaster's incredible artwork. We enjoyed seeing you all so much and having the gallery full of energy and inspiring conversations, wine, laughter, and reminiscing on good memories...
