A huge shout out to our Line 2 crew on successfully transitioning over to wood boxes! We are so proud of this team for learning new processes and shifting from containers to wood units while maintaining a quality product for our customers!

We are so excited to show off our new final pad! Line 1’s new concrete pad will allow for a more efficient set up and leveling of our units, plus our team won’t have to dodge puddles of water between our units going forward! This is one of the many projects we currently have going to improve our facility and help make our teams job easier and better each day!

A friendly reminder to all employees that on Tuesday May 30th that we will be switching over to our summer hours. Summer Hours are from 6am-2:30pm. Our office hours and employees will remain on the normal schedule of 7am-3:30pm.

Celebrating spring and a great March-our 4th straight month of increased production! The NWBS team pulled together to advance production even when working around new equipment installs and upgrades! Great job, and thank you, on setting up our 40th year in business as one of our best!

It's so important to have everyone on board with safety being a priority, and you've definitely been doing your part! Our Safety Committee is a 6 month committee that is rotated based on committee votes. Our Safety Manager and Safety Officers are permanent members. If you are looking for a safety committee team member, look for employees wearing black hoodies or shirts with neon green lettering and neon green hats!
