- Coaches: Define what a great teammate is, build a culture around that and hold people accountable - Work with those who need to change (Teach Attitude First booklet) and if they choose not to change, then move on without them - the team comes first
- Athletes: Learn how to stand up to confidence cutters regardless of who they are - Playing With Confidence booklet

Hi everyone who has been interested! I appreciate it a lot! We have 7 total who are interested which obviously isn’t enough for a team. So I am letting everyone know that we are going to try again come fall and be ready for spring but currently we will not form a summer team withnot knowing since so many are interested but not “100%” until after their hs or rec seasons are over. If it comes down to us having enough and you see we are looking for extra etc. shoot us a message!

Hello! We are the 14u Boise Bandits Girls Softball team. This is our first year getting together as a team for the late spring/summer of 2024. We are in hopes to form a team in the treasure valley along with all the other teams and create a decent, competitive team to stick together for the next few years or more!
