The last few days, I have had the privilege of celebrating Marcie and her family, Dave and his family and the two of them together as they have been planning this marriage for a while now. I had the joy of helping them buy their home, join our parish and watch them welcome their wonderful family to the Treasure Valley. It has been a joyous time to celebrate their wedding and marriage. I pray for God’s many blessings today and forever!! 💒💖🙏

As a kid, I loved riding bikes.🚴 At about the age of 6, I decided I was going to be brave and get onto my brother’s bike and ride it. So I took it up to the front porch step, and I got onto it and just started peddling. It was wobbly at first, but then it smoothed out a bit as I rode it around the front yard in a circle. Pretty soon I realize, I don’t know how to stop to get off, and I don’t want to stop cuz I knew I’d fall down. So I keep peddling that bike round and round in the yard for what seemed like a hundred times before I finally decide if I’m ever getting off, I’ll just have to go for it. That’s when I make the decision to bale off that bike!😲 Lo and behold, I land safely onto the grass and the bike just topples over. What was going on in my mind at the time was faaar worse than how that ending actually happened. 😆
