Drink water: The best and most natural way to stay hydrated. At least 8 glasses of water per day, or more if active or in a hot climate.

Water bottle: Keep a reusable water bottle with you for easy access and to serve as a reminder to drink water.

Reminders: Use phone alarms to prompt yourself to drink water regularly, especially when you're busy or engrossed in a task.

Water-rich foods: Many fruits and vegetables have high water content, including watermelon, cucumbers, oranges, strawberries, and lettuce. Include them in your diet to help increase your water intake.

Limit caffeine and alcohol: Caffeinated and alcoholic drinks can have a diuretic effect, leading to increased fluid loss. Be sure to balance them with additional water intake.

Urine colour: Pay attention to the colour of your urine. A clear or pale yellow colour indicates adequate hydration.
