You made it through the worst part! Now please be kind and gentle with yourself as you continue through the grieving and recovery process. Be an observer of your feelings...allow them to come up so that they can be released. It's normal to have some great days and then to have days which are more difficult. It's ok. You are ok.
The degree to which you can forgive yourself directly corresponds to the time it takes to heal.
A simple yet effective means of dealing with the anxiety associated with PTSD starts with the breath. Is your breathing shallow? If so, begin to take deep slow breaths in and out, remind yourself that you are safe in this now moment and tell yourself how proud you are that you survived.
Practice Ho'oponopono and repeat this to yourself:
I am sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.

We will keep receiving the same message over and over again until we learn it. ⚡️✨⚡️
So stop running from whatever it is you’re running from, turn and face it...move through it. I know it can be scary at times, but it’s going to be ok!!! It will be ok!
Everything you’ve ever wanted is on the other side. 🤷🏼♀️You’ll understand when you get there.
