May All Our Days Be Merry & Bright

Dear Bombshells and Blokes Family,
We hope you are enjoying your holiday season and that you are surrounded by loved ones during a time where we can reflect back on our appreciation for the year we have shared. This holiday season, we could really use some help on behalf of some members of our community. In years past, we have adopted one family but this year are focusing on a couple different individuals for Christmas. First, is the woman who helps us to keep the salon sparkling-clean. She and her father were in a horrible car accident this year, landing her in the ICU for 3 months. Once she was released, she was disappointed to learn that the small team of 2 young ladies who had been helping her in her cleaning business, had taken over her clientele during her recovery. We would love to be able to give her a little Christmas boost. Next is a young mother and father who are struggling because the husband in a long haul trucker and the industry has struggled unexpectedly this year, right after welcoming a new baby to their family.

We are asking for support in the form of some very modest items to relieve a bit of their burden and are behind in our fundraising efforts in this last week right before Christmas. Items that would be greatly appreciated would be clothing for a 6 month old, diapers, baby toys or books, women's clothing in a size XL, art and crafting supplies/toys or for a 6 year old or food items to give them a nice breakfast Christmas morning. For our recovering cleaner and her father (who has been coming to help her clean/rebuild her business), we would love to gather some gift cards for grocery stores or gas stations so she can pay to get from job sites/be able to afford more supplies to support her while she tries to get back on her feet. Helping them to have a holiday meal together would be greatly appreciated as well. We will take canned goods/other grocery items as well. Heck, even if you were gifted something this season that you can't see using, we think these families would be so grateful for the extras. You can even call us at the salon and we can text a link to your phone to make a donation, if you don't have time to swing by the salon with donation items. Thank you, in advance, for your kindness and empathy! And, above all, thank you for being a part of the Bombshell and Blokes Family with us this year!
