Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and knowledge about our inventory.

Understand customer needs and preferences, and assist them in selecting the right vehicle to meet their requirements.

Conduct vehicle demos and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our cars.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and vehicle inventory.

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with the finance and administrative teams to ensure smooth sales transactions.

Requirements:
Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required. We welcome motivated individuals looking to start a career in car sales.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and connect with customers effectively.

Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and a drive to succeed in a target-driven environment.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales deals.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using sales management software and tools.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

We are looking for mechanics with a minimum of 2 years work experience, have your own tools, clean driving record, can work well with others. We offer a competitive hourly rate (not flat rate) based on your experience and paid time off.

Driven has an opening for a full time Auto Mechanic. Must have knowledge of all types of vehicle mechanical maintenance and repair. A mechanical aptitude is a must. We need someone who is able to perform a full range of automotive services while delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will be responsible to maintain clean and safe work areas. We are looking for dependable, and energetic individuals that are interested in the automotive maintenance/repair field. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of documented job history with service experience and referrals. We are looking for someone interested in increasing their automotive maintenance skills and advancing their responsibilities. Pay determined on experience.

* ASE Certification is a plus

* General automotive repair and maintenance knowledge required.

* Must be able to lift 75 pounds.

* Must be honest, motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently with pride in the quality of your work.

* Valid Driver's license

* Clean driving record

* Legally able to work in the U.S.

* Must be at least 18 years old

* High school diploma or GED is preferred

* Must have the desire to help grow the business with excellent customer service, teamwork, and getting the job done with the highest quality of service.
