This Saturday we will gather to celebrate the February full moon. I'll be teaching a mindful yin sequence alongside one of my favorites, Jesse Palafox. There are a few spots left so sign up soon!

Soul Emergence.....Typically offered as an 8 week program for an individual. This offering is an abridged. A two weekend investment of time in a group setting. This multi-part workshop is designed to help you let go of old programing, free yourself from the old binds and step into your TRUTH. Through movement, meditation, and energy work we will create space in your body, mind and soul. Have you ever woken up and your life was completely different than it used to be?? If you've been following me for a while, you know I've been busy manifesting a life WILDLY diffrent than that I've been living, and today as I enjoy a lazy morning I'm truly overwhelmed with gratitude and pride!

Last week marked the end of a 13 year Stent of working 40+ hours in a stress riden, physically exaughsting, often hostile work environment. Don't get my wrong, my job is bad ass! But it comes with cons. I'll still be in the Healthcare arena, but with much less time commitment!

I guess, I say it all the time in class. "Let’s create space in our bodies, which will create space in our hearts, and eventually space in our soul. Allowing room for things that truly feed us."

Today and moving forward I will be reaping the benefits of that mindful practice! And I can't wait to see the fruits!

Im writing a book! Who knows when it will be completed but yesterday I came across some writing I had done back in 2019.....isn't it Interesting to look back at old versions of yourself. To be transported RIGHT back to the feelings and thoughts you had of yourself years before.
I am so grateful that I have taken some deep dives. That I've worked on my own s**t. That when I read that from years ago that I can approach it with love, and compassion, but most importantly distance. To be able to thank that version of self for pushing me out of the mud. And rejoice in all the transformations that I've made. And KNOW that the journey is never complete.
Yoga is a huge part of that journey for me. What has helped you out of the mud??

I have missed you all for quite some time, but I never forgot about you! I have been in deep life transition for the past year or so, and I am finally ready to re-connect through teaching and guiding.

As of January 1st I will be opening up my books for Soul Emergence, a personalized coaching program that encompasses yin yoga and deep shadow work, as well as a few private yoga slots, AND......finally Full-Moon celebrations will be back!!!

Took a few days and got away. The fall has such a healing energy I was so lucky to be able to soak it up. To sit in this particular space and be awe struck, by beauty and grandure was a blessing.

Im offering a condensed version of SOUL EMERGENCE as a weekend workshop, October 29-31st. If you've been watching and wondering if this experience is for you, this might be an amazing way to find out!

The weeknd experience will be a condensed version of the Soul Emergence Experience. This program is a deep dive into our bodies and what our physical self is holding onto, from there we will be drawing out stagnant energy and emotion from the physical body, acknowledging the blocks which they have created and then setting them free! Allowing space for your truest most beautiful self to emerge, through journaling, breath work, a physical yoga practice and meditation. Much of the inner work will be prompted from me, but you will be in charge of how deeply you dive into this process. Know that whatever comes up this is a SAFE place for you to release, or embrace those things you have been holding onto for so long.

🌕 SEPTEMBER 22nd | MOON MEDITATION & YOGA FOR ABUNDANCE🌕

Next Wednesday 9/22 Pearl House Collective will be partnering with Hippie Hut Yoga to bring you a body scan moon meditation and yoga for abundance session. This experience is provided in conjunction with other local vendors at Bohemian Bloom and Herb Farm(2230 E Dunyon Street in Eagle).

The upcoming harvest moon relates to the autumnal equinox. For several evenings during this period of time the moon will come soon after sunset, providing an abundance of light early in the evening. This moon is said to symbolize life and death, transition, growth and change, and other natural cycles.

We honor this transition of the seasons and find gratitude collectively. Sign up for the fall equinox celebration on the Events tab of our page.

PAYMENT $20
