Equinox and Eclipse seasons are here 🔥 Spring has always been a time of rebirth and renewal and eclipses have this way of ripping away what is no longer in alignment for us.

This energy is calling us into mastery. There is a divine law present, pushing us to self correct and surrender karma, to master our thinking and feeling states and truly walk as embodied co creators. It’s time now to live at a level of truth and authority, authenticity and freedom that we’ve tiptoed in and around as a collective for a long time. We were made for more than this. Joy is our birthright

As many of you know, I’ve taken an entire year off from my coaching and healing work. I relocated to a new state, enjoyed time for me and began teaching corporately. I took a new job and have now parted with that company. I’ve felt it for a while now, this pull into more and simultaneously less.

I’m speaking at a Women in Leadership Conference and taking a road trip with my son and then diving back into teaching, coaching and the healing work I am so deeply passionate about!

I’m opening private 1x1 21 day, 60 day and 90 day immersion programs, a group movement and meditation membership with a focus on somatic release, nervous system reset and breathework, rolling out a grief support 6 week group journey and of course Rebel Goddess, RISE and retreat journeys.

Happy New Moon and Solar Eclipse!

These combined energies more than anything are an invitation to receive yourself more fully. It is an energy guiding us into deeper truth and exploration of the sacred dark feminine.

I haven't felt called to create anything new in a very long time as I've been in a death and rebirth cycle of every layer and level of my life. This morning birthed the inspiration and creation of something new. In honor of this collective calling to a deeper level of transformation I felt this wave of offerings come through.

Beginning November 1st, I am opening 5 spots for 6 weeks of private 1:1 mentorship @ $1,111. These weekly sessions can be used for business mentorship, shadow work, healing integration, trauma release, psychic development or any combination of the above with What's App support in between sessions. These can be done virtually or in person.

I am also offering "La Luna" a 4 week group virtual program designed around the exploration of the dark feminine for $333.

Our souls need no defending

April Energy Update!

So much is happening in the world, internally and energetically and I feel that April is a culmination of a time to both witness and decide which timeline you desire to be on.

There is so much intensity happening in the 3D and we are being given the opportunity to notice when the 3D is triggering the ego or the identified self. The experience you are having in your 3D reality is the culmination of an old you, not this you.

You get to know and decide to watch the old 3D come crash down and hold the vision for your future reality being created from this you. The future is created in the NOW. It is based on your self concept, thoughts and beliefs NOW.

When you tap into soul, when you tap into your higher timelines you will remember that soul has no fear, soul does not get triggered.

So when your 3D is pressing you, take a minute, connect to your body and your breath and decide which self gets to be empowered in this moment. You can walk yourself through as the witness, make your choice and decide which part of you wants to engage in this.

I've had a lot of opportunity to practice this lately and I'd love to hear from you if you are as well.

F Neutral - it feels like a form of bypassing and gaslighting. The goal is to find your stability NO MATTER WHAT!!

You/we were not made to be neutral! We were made in the image of the DIVINE Creator💫

CAN YOU IMAGINE GOD, SPIRIT, the UNIVERSE being NEUTRAL???

HELL NO! It goes against our true nature. Creation is messy, it’s illuminating, inspiring and sometimes downright scary and unnerving, but if you anchor in your self concept and know who you are there is no neutral. You create your reality, your voice, your truth, your unique expression… trust….

….

Be as wild and free as nature, the cosmos, the universe…. beautiful souls… you are an ENTIRE UNIVERSE, the manifest presence of the DIVINE..
