Hello everyone ! Mosh*t here 😊
I am exhausted , laying on my couch at home after a very busy week of making close to 2,000 croissant for this Mother’s Day weekend . We are just a little shop but somehow we managed to do it .

Just wanted to thank you all who stood inline today for over 40 minutes to get a croissant or a dessert. The line is the ultimate proof that you appreciate what we do and how we do it .
We never take it for granted that you are choosing Janjou to celebrate your loved ones. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I also would like to thank my team for a flawless Mother’s Day - Thank you for all your hard work , dedication and positive energy: Jessica, Lauren, Helena , Bri , Joslyn , Andrea, Kristi, Simon - You all rocked it today. I am so proud of you.

Special thanks to my husband Chuck - this wouldn’t be possible without you. I love you !

Hello Boise! So glad to be back - open normal hours ! come say hi 😍

Hello Boise! I am so glad to be back home. I arrived today. It was hard to leave my dad but he is doing great and I left him in good hands until my next visit, which will be soon.

We are CLOSED this weekend.
I will be back in the kitchen tomorrow with some of my staff to start producing everything we need to open again on Thursday 3/14, with our normal menu and normal hours 😊.

Family comes first. Unfortunately, my dad is not doing well and I need to go home , to Israel to be by his side.
Things are going to be different at Janjou for the next few weeks while I am gone, taking care of my dear dad.

Starting tomorrow and until further notice we will be open Thursday thru Sunday from 8am to 12 pm. Production will be limited, which means that at some point in the next couple of weeks we won’t be able to offer breakfast pastries but we will have desserts, quiche , cookies and coffee.

We will do all we can to stay open as long as possible
and are asking for your understanding during these difficult and challenging personal times.

Thank you for my strong team and my ”can do it all” husband , Chuck, for holding down the fort while I am gone doing what I need to do as daughter - take care of my dad.

If your parents are still around , call them today , tell them how much you love them. They are not going to be here forever .
