This is a small but mighty run and seeing the craters is pretty cool!

It is unsettlingly quiet out here, almost feels like a dream. What is happening? Is it some weird timeless energy emanating from these craters? You can't shake the feeling of being watched. Up ahead is another runner, maybe. Behind is a hiker? Everything feels off. Is that a hiker? Is that a human? You shudder.

Had a fabulous time this morning at the Aaron Butler Purple Heart Memorial run. Was great to see so many people supporting the event and participating.

We all know gels can get expensive and add up especially during a training plan. They're all different in some way and they all serve a purpose for all. We were excited to bring in the Carbs Fuel gels and single pack drink mixes. The cost is $2 for gels and $3 for the drink mix, at that price it's a steal and worth trying on your next run or adventure.

We've got a trail shoe for everyone and we've recently received the Saucony Ride TR! A super great shoe for daily trails or casual treks. A good road to trail shoe which we like since we're so close to the trails!

A fairly new to us shoe in the store is the Brooks Divide 5. It's a great shoe for road to trail and back again. Along with a road shoe fit and feel, the sticky traction is great on the trails. Let us know if you've stopped and tried, bought it and what you liked about it.

It may be hot outside but we're cool inside. We have some great electrolyte options for these hot days to help with hydration.
