Fun day at the market 😬 for real it was great talking to you guys today. Then at the end my battery was dead, of course I didn’t try it till it was me and one other vendor left. So thankful for Susie the market coordinator who stayed with me till Neal came to jump the battery, and I realized it was time to replace it, last one was 2018. So we headed to farm and fleet , nobody could get the rusted bolt off 😂 so we bungeed the new battery in place till we got home and Neal cut it off, and reattached with a new bolt! Thankful for him today, thankful for Susie. And thankful for you guys who came and supported my small business today (and always), my market money paid for a new battery and some peach gummy rings 🍑! Should be good for another 5 years 😂

Plainfield market till 3 today. Have some new and restocks of the lotions! Brought my earrings today too.

Today turned into a day to pick up oils and butters, self care stop for an iced coffee and gas on way home and stopped to see what the pretty yellow flowers on the side of the road were so I can plan my front yard for next year. Got all almost 200 lbs of oils and butters into the house, smooth sailing from here on out 😂 Today’s plan includes some lotions, let’s see what I can get done.

I love it how my crafter/market vendors become friends. And some of them have huge hearts ❤️ Stella gifted me this today and yeah I sorta bawled at the market. 🥹

It’s back!! Paw balm, all natural, made with organic calendula infused coconut oil, beeswax and Neem oil. I’ve kept this one in my purse and used it on my dry hands in the winter too.

Made it through a very windy day at Naper Settlement today! Nothing got damaged or wet with the mist that came at the end. Made a cute new little bat, thinking fall thoughts 🎃🦇
Got some supplies ordered this morning, and gonna try to get some stuff made this week. Have a great rest of the week

After the market today, I spent some time in the garden. So thankful I planted a gazillion cucumber seeds because we are overflowing with goodness! More garlic dill pickles to make this week.

My neighbor today at the market. They work with coffee growers in Guatemala, and roast it here. Fair trade. So nice chatting about Guatemala 🇬🇹☕️

Turmeric and Charcoal soap: this is a great detox soap for acne prone skin, turmeric boasts lots of benefits for the skin. It has anti bacterial tea tree oil, organic neem oil, lavender and peppermint essential oils. Smells great and leaves your skin fresh! This was a special request from Vanessa in Mexico who was looking for a turmeric soap. I can’t wait to hear her feedback!
Last but not least I did a restock of the cocoa butter oat milk creams in Black Raspberry Vanilla (plus a special request for an 8 oz jar for tomorrow) Mango papaya, Island Paradise and Pomegranate 😊
