The Sound Experience with Teddy Gibbons is coming to Spirit Ride. ✨
Sound Frequency is the base and foundation of all creation, connection, being and living.
A Sound Bath is an ancient form of zero-impact meditation where a group of participants lay comfortably on their backs while being immersed, or “bathed”, in a variety of specific healing frequencies. These frequencies resonate and wash over the mind/body/spirit(s) of the participants to help bring about a deep meditative state of relaxation and inner peace.
Shamanic drumming, shakers, singing bowls, chimes, gongs, zithers and more follow a short period of breath work and coaching during this Sound Bath Workshop. Together we learn to regulate the frequency of our bodies as we ride the sound waves into a tranquil state of interior harmony.
A great environment, along with a clear intention, work to deliver participants to their true natural center of vibratory equilibrium leaving a sense of refreshment, renewal, and revitalization.
