This is my before and after photos. I was 220 in the first photo and now i'm 180. I started on this product the 2nd week of March I am currently right now right at 6 months

Love this !!!!! I just got asked if I work out because my stomach is becoming muscular, I can't exercise do to psoriatic arthritis in low back, but I've been on the tru combo since the end of november.
