Please help us rally around our friend and Law Enforcement Officer, Chad Kelly! Tuesday July 30th we will be gathering for a night of laughs with our friends from ’t Take This Serious Comedy to celebrate Chad and raise some money to support his family as he battles multiple myeloma and undergoes a stem cell transplant. Tickets are $50 which will 100% go to his family. We have taken care of all the expenses and will also be doing a 10% giveback that day from BeauxJax Crafthouse, Frozen Pirogue, Sugar Sheaux, and The Seventh Tap Eastbank!

Our Story
A couple of Louisiana bred friends with a passion for quality Cajun Cuisine and a food truck budget embarked on a ride towards their dream. Meet Chef Aaron ‘Peanut’ Hanning and Beau Hays, two friends of over 14 years, who took their shared occupation in the restaurant industry on a wild ride of a restaurant on wheels. “We wanted more control to be able to hear what people say and make the decision to give them what they want without having to go up the corporate chain for permission.”
In 2015 these two friends purchased a 1959 food truck and before they knew it the new friends they made on their food truck journeys have grown their business from, truck, to full blown catering company, to a full scale dine in Bar and Grill in the heart of Bossier City’s premiere entertainment district, The East Bank Market.
It's our mission at BeauxJax Crafthouse to make our home your home. Great food, handcrafted cocktails, friendly service, and Cajun libations are just the beginning of your "South of I-10 Cajun" experience in the heart of Bossier City's entertainment district, The East Bank Market.
