Hiring Bartenders (licensed), Bottle Girls, & Ho**ah Girls!!

1. Age Requirement: Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
2. Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service is essential.
3. Service Industry Experience: Applicants should have prior experience as a server, bartender, bottle waitress, or a combination thereof.
4. Residence: Candidates must reside in Boston or its surrounding areas.
5. Transportation: Access to reliable transportation is necessary for commuting to various work locations.
6. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
7. Outdoor Work: Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors occasionally, as per job requirements.
8. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours as per the demands of the position.
9. Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
10. Positive Attitude: A proactive and can-do attitude is crucial for success in this role.
11. Per Diem Nature: Applicants should understand that this position entails per diem work, meaning employment on an as-needed basis.

Booking Policy 2024 - Effective May 1st, 2024
(These Requirements are Non-Negotiable)

1. Consultation Fee:
- A non-refundable consultation fee of $20 is required to discuss event needs, attire, locations, or any additional information beyond the booking application. Please submit your consulting fee to $AllyJDoll via CashApp. If CashApp is not accessible, kindly contact us at [email protected] to arrange an alternative payment method. Communication regarding your event will commence only after the consulting fee is paid.

2. Booking Lead Time:
- Events must be booked at least one month in advance. Bookings made less than one month in advance will incur an additional charge per bartender and/or bottle girl.

3. Contract Requirement:
- A signed contract outlining event details and payment terms is mandatory to protect both the client and Da Body Dolls LLC.

4. Deposit:
- Upon contract signature, a deposit amounting to half of your Body Doll booking total is due to confirm your event date. Please ensure your deposit is submitted no later than two weeks after the initial consultation to avoid cancellation of your booking.

5. Gratuity for Bottle Girls:
- For bookings involving bottle girls, a gratuity must be provided based on either bottles sold or the total bill of the tables they serve. The specific percentage will be determined during the initial consultation.

If you agree to these terms, kindly proceed to complete the booking application and submit your $20 consulting fee to $AllyJDoll via CashApp. Our event scheduler will contact you within 24-48 hours.
