Welcome to the #VPcondoproject. The plan was to share the process as I go through it, but time didn't allow for that. 🤦🏾♀️😜 Some of you may know that I bought this building a couple of years ago and wanted to renovate and sell them as condos, but I ended up keeping them as rentals (for now). This project definitely stretched me as a designer and as an investor. The amount of "figuring it out" that I had to do to make it work and to add value to the property was astonishing. Took a quick trip to Nantucket for @nantucketbydesign where I had the opportunity to attend a couple of panels with some fabulous designers and hoteliers. Visited lots of great boutique and design shops on the island and lastly the main event, a luxurious private dinner hosted by @mlinteriorsbos and @ajwevents. A time was definitely had!!! Thank you so much #modernluxuryinteriors and the best hostess @tessmwoods for inviting me to join the festivities.
Happy Monday friends!!! Y'all! I am so in awe with what God is doing in this season. Last week I posted that I signed up to do the hospitality tour at high Point Market because I wanted to manifest my dream of venturing into Hospitality Design. I'm beyond excited to share then I have been chosen, along with many other Designers to design a Showhouse hotel room with @thekaleidoscope project. IN THE MIDDLE OF HIGHPOINT MARKET! The biggest furnishing and design trade show in the world! WILD!!! Much more to come on this. You may not understand the importance of this, but to me, this is a promise of a dream. This is a manifestation; a displaying of God's approval and I'm simply in awe of this blessings. All I have to say for now is that a hotel room I will design will be available to anyone around the world to stay in! Look at God!
