Who here has accidentally killed their plants? ๐โโ๏ธ
Yeah, me too. ๐ฌ
When we take our plants for granted and forget to actively water them, they die.
Growing a house plant takes nurturing, attention, and patience. You know what else requires this?
Your dreams. That life you want for yourself. That goal you always wanted to achieve.
These things won't happen without your dedication, attention, and nurturing.
You have to ask yourself how committed you are to this growth. Are you making consistent action in this direction? Or just letting the days pass you by?
1% improvement every day for a year leads to 33% growth compared to doing nothing at all.
So are your growing or letting your dreams die? The choice is yours.

Shifting your mindset takes time and diligence but it can make a big difference towards living your best life, achieving your dreams, and believing in possibility. Make these shifts to move you in the right direction.

While I was out skiing the other day, I noticed some of the trees next to the chairlift. These trees had incredible, permanent bends in them from where snow had weighed the tree down when it was young and growing. It struck me that these trees are STILL growing. They didn't break. They didn't die. They adapted and are stronger than ever.
Today I challenge you to be like these trees. Be resilient and grow stronger ๐ช

OK hear me out. Yes, terrible things happen. And yes, I'm fortunate enough to not have experienced some of the terrible things others have had to go through.
But I have still dealt with my fair share of challenge. I could have let these experiences crush me. But I didn't. Instead, I chose to find a silver lining. I've made the best of bad situations and have turned out stronger, wiser, and more resilient as a result.
You can do this too. Check out my latest blog post to learn how.

I heard this recently and it resonated with me deeply. If you could have done it yourself, you would have.
So what happens when you can't do it on your own? (Like sticking to that healthy eating routine) You need to enlist support.
Sometimes that support looks like a friend holding you accountable or using an app that tracks your habits. But other times it's hiring a life coach.
Not only can I help you develop better habits, I'll teach you how to make those habits stick and make meaningful mindset shifts to making keeping those habits easier.

Have you ever wondered what the difference is between a life coach and a therapist? It's a common question in discovery calls.
While both are helper roles and both held to confidentiality standards, there are a few key differences:
๐ข Who holds the power? In therapy, your therapist is guiding the conversation to what they feel will best support you. In coaching, YOU determine the topic and where you need to go in the conversation to reach the answers you need.
๐ข In therapy, you might get advice. In coaching, you get thought-provoking questions so you can find the answers best for you. Why? As humans, were more likely to follow through on something when we've thought of the solution ourselves.
๐ข Therapy focuses on the past and how that affects your current situation. Coaching focuses on where youre going and how we can get you there.
