This week, NEPCers participated in our second annual Week of Understanding with a series of powerful events celebrating diversity, equity, and inclusion as part of NEPC's CEO Action Pledge.

As part of our theme, "Community," employees attended events including a nonprofit panel hosted by the Women's Leadership Forum Philanthropic Committee, workshops focused on our work with diverse managers, an inclusive dialogue workshop, and a Juneteenth event, "What does freedom mean to you?", hosted by the Black Employee Resource Group. We also hosted a clothing drive for Cradles to Crayons Massachusetts!

Thank you to all of our NEPCers and our external partners (Jeremiah Program - Boston, Women Against Abuse, Budget Buddies, and André Rice) for making this week a success!
