I want to thank everyone who dined with us tonight for their patience and understanding. We were extremely understaffed, something we were not anticipating. Thank you to those who were accommodating and supportive, to those who supported our bussiness and were understanding during this crazy time. It all began in the early 1980s when three brothers who originated from a small town in Montefalcione, Avellino Italy. Freddy, Joe, and Felix loved their mothers cooking so much that they decided why not bring their favorite recipes passed down through family traditions right here in Boston's North End.

It's been 30 long years now and Pagliucas continues to run strong and continue building a great reputation. Thanks to our valued customers and friends, we couldn't do it without you.
