Another throwback to highlight our 20 years in biz! Back in 2012, we managed a nationwide flea market pop up tour for Bar III clothing line. This was a super fun project — we drove all components of the tour… hiring event staff, booking market sponsorships, shipping and storing booth supplies, running social promotions and more. Pop up cities included NYC, LA and Chicago.
The results were in the numbers — onsite sales, press pickups, increased social engagement and most importantly, lots of happy flea market goers! 🙃
We’re highlighting some key clients we’ve partnered with over the past 20 years and first up is none other than The New York Times 🗞️
We ran The Times’ nationwide event subscription sales program for over a decade. In short, we booked and staffed events all over the country with one goal: to sell home delivery and digital subscriptions.
We managed every aspect of the program — booth designs, sales promotions, swag sourcing, etc. In our peak days we were running 60+ event activations a WEEK!
The program was so successful we ended up launching it internationally throughout Australia, Asia, London, and Canada ✈️
Overseeing a program of this magnitude didn’t come easy for our small team at first. But with detailed planning, smart marketing and open communication, we made it happen. And we learned A LOT along the way 😄

Jeffery is a native of New Canaan, CT and a rising sophomore majoring in finance at University of Notre Dame. He's a humble lacrosse phenom whose favorite sports team is the Boston Bruins. Jeffery will be working on financial and data analytics for our sportsbook clients.
