COVID-19 Update 3/19/2020

The Massachusetts SOS continues to remain open however they are operating with a skeleton crew. Please anticipate delays and increased turnaround times.

Please note:

In accordance with Governer Baker's emergency orders, all Divisions and Boards of Professional Licensure will be closed until April 6th, 2020. They are unable to provide approvals, or certificates at this time. If you have any questions regarding a specific division or professional licensure please contact us for information.

**Delaware Secretary of State's Offices Closing at 10:30 A.M. on May 1st, 2019**

To our valued clients, please be aware that in observance Delaware Department of State’s Employee Training Retreat, the Division will close at 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday, May 1, 2019.



The following changes will be in effect:

*Staff will work from 8 A.M. to 10:30 A.M.

*Routine filings: Nothing changing

*24 Hour filing cutoff: 12pm EST

*1 & 2 Hour filing cutoff: 9am EST

*There is no Same Day and no Must available


PCS will be fully staffed and operational!

**D.C. Emancipation Day (4/16/19) & Good Friday (4/19/19) - State's Offices will be closed**

To our valued clients, please be aware of the following list of closings this week for Secretary of State offices nationwide.

*District of Columbia will be closed on D.C. Emancipation Day April 16, 2019.

*The below States will be closed on Good Friday April 19, 2019:

Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Carolina, Texas

PCS will be fully staffed and operational all week!

*** Patriot's Day ***

Massachusetts Secretary of State's Office will be closed on Monday, April 15th in observance of Patriots’ Day.

There will be no gold seal Certificates or certified copies being issued Monday. We can still request Certificates and submit filings. Filings submitted that day will receive Monday’s file date, provided the filing is not rejected.

Other state Courts, and Registries may experience similar closures.

Patriots' Day is not a federal public holiday and federal offices are open.

Precision Corporate Services, Inc. will be open regular hours.
