Our this week is CHICKEN PAD KRAPOW!! Ground chicken (especially over rice!) has lots of nooks, crannies + nubs that are great at catching the delicious sauce of the Pad Krapow. It's a little sweet, a lot savory + spicy. A big handful of Thai basil gives this street food dish its name along with plenty of flavor. With a fried egg on top, you've got a perfect plate for lunch! 🍳 ⠀
