About the Peaches: Known as the โDouble O Sevenโ (007), these white peaches have less fuzzy skin and a sweeter taste. After a challenging crop season in 2023, weโre thrilled to support Kimball Fruit Farmโs โvery good cropโ this year.
Our House-Made Peach Syrup: We make this delicious syrup by cooking down fresh peaches for about three hours with rosemary, sugar, and a splash of water. The mixture is then blended and strained.
