Inspired by the fresh peaches from , available at . This refreshing cocktail features Makerโ€™s Mark, Montenegro, house-made peach syrup, rosemary, and lemon โ€“ making for the perfect sip.

About the Peaches: Known as the โ€œDouble O Sevenโ€ (007), these white peaches have less fuzzy skin and a sweeter taste. After a challenging crop season in 2023, weโ€™re thrilled to support Kimball Fruit Farmโ€™s โ€œvery good cropโ€ this year.

Our House-Made Peach Syrup: We make this delicious syrup by cooking down fresh peaches for about three hours with rosemary, sugar, and a splash of water. The mixture is then blended and strained.
