Having community allows for you to create connection and obtain support.

It consistently reminds you that you are not alone.

It has many health benefits for you mentally, emotionally, and even physically.

Be part of a community, if you don’t have one, find one that resonates with you whether it’s in person, over the phone, or online.

You will discover that the connections and support you will experience will give you more than you even knew you needed.

And you deserve the joy, love, and fulfillment it will all bring you.

It doesn’t make you a burden.

It doesn’t mean you are not enough.

We ALL need support sometimes.

All it means is that you are human.

When you need some support…

Ask for it without guilt.

And receive it with open arms.

You deserve health

If you don’t take care of yourself, no one else will.

And if you’re not taking care of yourself how can you show up in the world the way that you desire?

How can you show up for those you love the way they need you to?

How can you feel truly happy?

You are a priority, so take care of yourself.

Give yourself what you need mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Show up for you each and everyday.

Because yes, you are THAT important (especially to those that love you).

It’s so easy to prioritize the needs and wants of others:

Your kids

Your family

Your friends

Your boss/job

And it becomes so easy to out your own needs and wants on the back burner.

You put them aside or on hold, only to end up forgetting about them and neglecting yourself.

You matter too.

If you don’t take care of your needs and wants…

No one else will.

You have to choose to prioritize them so you can then experience more of what you desire in your life…

Joy, health, happiness, and fulfillment

You deserve it.

Listen to your body.

You take the time to take care of your day to day responsibilities, caring for others, and getting things done.

All while putting the care for your own body to the side

Your body is what gets you from A to Z each and everyday

You HAVE to take the time to care for it.

You can easily do this by listening to what your body is telling you it needs.

It is always communicating with you, all you have to do is listen.

The more you take care of your body, the better you will feel, and the easier it will be to get through your day to day tasks.

PLUS it contributes to your happiness…so it’s a WIN WIN!

I encourage you to take some time each day to check in with your body and notice what it may be telling you it needs.

You might be surprised at what you discover and how much happier and healthier you end up feeling.

CHECK IN WITH YOURSELF EVERYDAY…

Your MENTAL & EMOTIONAL well-being are extremely important, especially if you are a mom.

We tend to focus more on other people and what is going on around us, and end up neglecting OURSELVES and what we NEED.

You can’t show up in the world the way you desire to, and the way that the people you care about need you to, if you are not doing ok.

A way to make sure that you can show up in the ways you need and want, is to prioritize your mental and emotional well-being.

You can do this by checking in with yourself each day to see how/what you are thinking and feeling.

This is the key to discovering how you are REALLY doing on the inside.

You deserve happiness.

You deserve joy.

You deserve to show up in the world for yourself and for those you love, in the beautiful ways that you desire.

Take the time to check in with yourself…it’s worth it and so are you.
