We can’t forget to welcome back our preZ ! Kevin has been a Zoom member since 2018, was VP of Communication 2019-2021, and was elected president 2022.
He’s been hard at work this season recovering from his bike crash at the MaxPerformance Season Opener and preparing for Sea2Summit this month.

Kevin says his favorite races are the Harvest triathlon (particularly 2022 where he met fellow zoom board member and current fiancé Kendall!) and 70.3 Augusta.

For our next installment of “meet the 2024 Zoom Board”, please give a warm welcome back to our VP of Finance, Scott Barnard !!!

Scott has been a member of Zoom for the last 4 years, serving on the board for 3 of those.

Scott lives in Concord with his wife Camille and 3 children. He is the self proclaimed king of early morning workouts 😎 you can usually find him on his bike by 4:30 AM!

Scott will be at 70.3 Western Mass, 70.3 Maine, 70.3 Florida, and Metrowest Backyard Ultra this year!

We’d like to kick off the 2024 season by welcoming our newest board member, !

Rodrigo joins us for his third season as a Zoomie as our VP of Operations (AKA Events and Gear Ju**ie). He’s been hard at work designing our new kits with 👊🏼 💥.

Rodrigo is one of Zoom’s most avid riders- if you are looking for someone to jump in to a 100 mile ride, Rodrigo is your guy!

You can catch Rodrigo this year at Season Opener in Hopkinton (this weekend!), the Boston Triathlon, and 70.3 Jones Beach. You might also see his dog and brand new fiancé! 💕

ITS MEDAL MONDAY and we've got a big group that crushed Patriot Half on Saturday!

Huge congrats to Mark Castrovinci, Diana Cote, Ian Choi, Lindsey Acampa, Morgan Keith, Marc Schwartz and Jason Wells finishing strong, despite rainy weather!

Marc Schwartz finished 2nd AG!

Jason Wells did the swim/bike in a relay and got 1st on relay!!

In the sequence (of photos) an amazing volunteer crew with Kevin, Kendall and Stephen Mais (and Cisco 🐶) handling water bottles at the water station. We appreciate you and the cutest of Cisco supporting the racers and cheering on!!

What an incredible performance at the Ironman World Championships by & These three Zoom starz absolutely crushed the race and looked awesome doing it in their argyle! There is no more iconic race in the sport of Triathlon and no more impressive group of Zoom triathletes!

What a great couple of weeks it has been for Zoom! Crushed Ironman Chattanooga and had the cutest cheering squad I’ve ever seen! Punched his ticket to the 70.3 world championships at Timberman and got 4th in her age group! Next closer to home crushed Buzzards Bay! Finally led a Ragnar Reach the beach team which included & Go Zoom!!

Zoom crushed it at the annual sprint and Olympic with podiums galore! Noting like racing in our home city! Big thanks to all the volunteers and organizers of this favorite local race!

Big Congratulations to and for finishing their first Ironman at Lake Placid! They helped each other out on the grueling run! Nice work Zoomies!

Happy Medal Monday! What a fantastic Zoom showing at the Appleman Tri sprint! We had , & win their Age Groups! A special congratulations is in order for Lindsey on her first post baby race! 🏊‍♀️🚴🏼‍♀️🏃‍♀️

We got a great group at Walden this morning for our Wednesday Swim! Thanks for joining us everyone!

What a successful race weekend for Zoom!

Amanda Cormier - finished her first ever Ironman at Vitoria-Gasteiz in 13:22! Congrats and enjoy the next few weeks in Europe!

The West Coast crew of Jeff Larimer , Chad Quinlan , and Mel Meleney , and Liz Jankowski demolished the IM 70.3 Oregon course with blistering swim times and everyone averaging over 20 mph on the bike course!

Back east the contingent of Lindsey Acampa , Kaitlin Buckley , Chris Veilleux , Morgan Keith , and Shira Catlin took on Musselman 70.3 with great success! Special shoutout to Lindsey who took home the 7th overall best swim time and 2nd female - I'm still waiting for my swim lesson!

A little closer to home we have Jay Tucker Toutant taking home first OA at the Sunken Island Tri OLY by a margin of 7 MINTUES!

Eric Otte raced the Mass State OLY and crushed it finishing second in his age group, closing out the race with a blazing run pace at 6:29 and much improved transitions! ;)

Susannah Ford & Mark Castrovinci raced the Mad Marathon Half in Vermont together (Aww!) finishing in 1:43 with Suz winning her age group! Congratulations!
Lastly, a little Cape action for Kendall Sangster and Kevin Falco at the Falmouth sprint where Kendall cut 25 minutes off her PR in her second ever tri, only 40 seconds off a podium spot! Kevin laid down some solid splits too with a big PR and captured 2nd in his AG.

Cheers to an amazing day at the Patriot Half! Zoom crushed it with 7 top 100 finishers!

The 10th Annual is in the books! On April 15th, 2013 many lives were turned upside down by the horrific events that occurred during The Boston Marathon. Just 2 weeks later some members of Zoom needed closure so we started the . From then forward we organize this public run annually to remember those we lost, those who are unable to run, those who fought to protect us, & for those about to toe the line of one the most iconic marathons in the world.
