RAINBOW ENERGY BALLS
2 cups organic gluten-free rolled oats
1 cup organic hazelnuts
1 cup organic ground flaxseed meal (or psyllium)
1 cup organic nut butter of your choice
1/2 cup honey (I used some Manuka honey)
Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend for about a minute until the mixture is sticky. Form into 1-inch balls using hands and set each one on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Optional: Coat balls in individual bowls using organic beet root powder (red), organic turmeric (orange), organic ginger (yellow), organic moringa (green), organic spirulina (blue-green), organic bilberry (or acai) powder (purple), and organic sesame seeds (or unsweetened shredded coconut) (white). Put in freezer for about an hour to set. Store in refrigerator or in freezer until ready to eat.

According to the National Sleep Foundation, three out of four kids between the ages of six and 17 have at least one electronic device in the bedroom.
