It's been a few crazy weeks, but we are on the road! To all our Boston fans, come find us at the Trillium beer garden on Sundays and Dewey Square on Mondays. To our fans in the Berkshires, our bbq pit in Middlefield will open up later in June. We will announce other locations as we get them.

Smoke is ramping up for the Spring '22 season. Kicking off with a promotional photo shoot. A little preview of the boys before their 15 minutes of fame tomorrow. Come join us if you can! 3pm 11/21 at the Bill Russell statue next to city hall in Boston. If you don't see us there, we've moved across the street to Quincy market.

It took awhile, but perseverance pays off. The Smoke truck has been at the brink of revival for awhile without quite reaching the tipping point, until now! We will begin build out of a new truck in the next few weeks. Please check back as we post pics throughout construction.

In the meantime, we will work to get our page up to date. You can check out photos of our pandemic project as well. A new cabinet smoker on wheels. Perfect for any backyard party! We had a chance to christen it right before winter set in. Looking forward to putting it to use this year.
