In celebration of the National Hispanic Heritage Month 🪅, I would like to share with you this recognition I received this summer: Top 100 Latino Real Estate Agent in the Northeast Region by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals .

Even though the Hispanic homeownership has risen since 2014, “new homeowners attributed to Latinos decreased from its peak of 68% in 2015 to 18.1% in 2021”, according to the 2021 State of Hispanic Homeownership Report.

In the Chinese culture, today we celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival (aka Moon Festival) honoring the full moon to pray for a peak fall harvest.

Here is a glimpse of how I celebrated this day admiring the 🌙 and the Lantern Stories at Boston Chinatown’s Chin Park.

One of my favorite streets in Boston was ranked as one of the 𝕔𝕠𝕠𝕝𝕖𝕤𝕥 streets in the world!! by Time Out Index Survey.

A mile-long, eight blocks of restaurants, funkiest speakeasies, hotels, salons, spas, galleries, and shopping ranging from unique local shops to designer shops including Cartier, Chanel, and many others. Known for the historic brownstones with residential units and offices; including UNION Real Estate is headquartered on Newbury Street!

Take advantage of Open Newbury Street where the street is closed for cars to allow pedestrians to use the full width of the street.

Open Newbury Street will occur on these Sundays in 2022: August 21, August 28, September 4, September 11, September 18, and September 25.

Either lack of knowledge of the resources out there or information are not being widely shared — these are some of the problems I saw when purchasing my first home which led me start a career as a real estate practitioner and soon enough led me to AREAA Boston which has allowed me and others provide more opportunities within our communities.

Such as this housing fair & expo: an all-day event opened for the public educating and offering resources for everyone who is looking to achieve their goals of homeownership.
