ImmunoGen, part of AbbVie, was looking to take back sub-leased space of their tenant space in Waltham, MA. The project team was able to work together successfully to maximize the desired new equipment layout within the existing available space to minimize impact on the project’s timeline and cost. We are thrilled to announce the completion of three projects for Lahey Hospital & Medical Center! The projects include a Modular Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, Neurointerventional Radiology (NIR) Room, and Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Clinic.

MP is proud to have partnered with the Saint Rock Haiti Foundation and Turner Construction to design the new ICGS primary school, fondly known as the James Pierre school.

The new school will offer a proper learning environment for a large population of students in Haiti. We are so honored to be able to help make a positive impact for the future students of the James Pierre school and look forward to seeing the completed project!

50 Staniford Street in Boston was transformed by creating a dramatic new lobby, adding rentable tenant space, and activating the rear courtyard. Our team worked with DWS and CBRE to bring new life to this medical office building.
