We are absolutely devastated by the loss of Jasper. He was a true pioneer of Boston’s culinary scene and a mentor to so many of us. Our hearts are shattered for his family and our Summer Shack team. Jasper taught us that Food is Love and we all know that everything that Jasper did was done with absolute love. The impact that Jasper had on the restaurant industry will live on forever. OUR STORY
For centuries, a major part of Irish culture and community has been the Publik House. Every town in Ireland has their own pub, a meeting place in which members of the community can gather and relax, celebrate and bond over a pint or a song. The atmosphere within the walls of Ireland's pubs is what makes them so famous around the globe. For over a century, the city of Boston has been rich with Irish tradition and heritage. And of the many Irish ideas that immigrated their way across the Atlantic, the idea of the Pub was not left behind. Lansdowne Street has for decades been one of Boston's most popular destinations. From the Red Sox to concerts and bars, the streets has had almost everything you could ask for.
It is our pleasure to bring to you the combination of centuries of Irish culture and Boston heritage with a little Lansdowne Street flair. What the street has always been missing. A place where the community can come together to celebrate and relax. Enjoy amazing traditional Irish fare, a pint of cold beer and the type of atmosphere that will keep you coming back for years to come.
