I've just adjusted the Dry Mount Press 500T to Mount prints. We have tissue and Release paper and Tacking Irons. So now we can teach you how to process roll film or sheet film and print and mount the prints and we also have Release boards and sub strait. You bring the foam core and tissue and you can make the prints and mount them.

We just had a successful Lith Printing Session at the lab on Saturday!

Our L184 Now has a 1200watt tube and a glassless 4x5, 5x7 and 8x10 negative carriers would you like to rent such an enlarger. The L184 will also print roll film contact sheets up to 20x24. It also has a 10x10 anti newton glass carrier.

I have found a replacement light bulb for my Beseler 45 condenser enlarger (PH/212) from Optech . I have three bulbs in stock. They do not manufacture them any more.

It still amazes me when there are so few people that still print or process film! I'm still one of the few labs left in the area and one of the best equipped labs out there.

I'm working on installing a Delta Econo #1 mixer in the main darkroom to improve the temperature control capability in the lab...! We have negotiated a deal with our plumber and will have a working mixer next week...! Just completed the work, and we are securely installed and able to mix in up to one half a degree increments.

Just added a filed out negative carrier for 6x4.5 film. We now have a Blad X Pan and, several 35mm filed out negative carriers, and a 6x7 , and a 35mm Widelux filed out negative carrier in stock and we have replaced several lens boards with wing nuts.

We are awaiting the delivery of a remounted 240mm G Claron and a glassless filed out 6x4.5 negative carrier. The lens and the negative carrier were just delivered and the negative carrier is available to renters.

I just got my filed out glassless negative carrier for the Blad X Pan. and we have a new source for modified negative carriers, its not that expensive, but you have to add in the original carrier cost plus the modifications.! We already have a filed out 35mm Widelux, and a 6x7 and 4 35mm filed out negative carriers...!

As things progress we are beginning to improve the lab equipment. The back darkroom has a new sink and both of the Thomas Duplex safelights have new filters.

We just received a new sink and faucet for the back darkroom and now we find a plumber! That done we are ready to mount the safelights. We have just mounted the Thomas Duplex safelights (2x) in the small darkroom ceiling each unit has a new filter set...!

Slowly, but surely we are upgrading our equipment at the lab! We have replaced a lot of the lens boards with thumb screws to secure the focus on the lenses, I'm sure that the prints will be sharper and the finished prints will be greatly improved...!

Just recieved a new recessed lens board for our 40mm lens now it's time to experiment !!! Our renter ran some 20x24s with it to great success.

WE'RE AWAITING THE DELIVERY OF A NEW SINK FOR THE BACK DARKROOM! It's in and we need to replace the sink in the small darkroom.

NEWLY ADDED DRAIN AND ACID TRAP ON LARGE SINK IN DARKROOM. That gives us three drained and vented sinks at the lab.

Given the right tools a printer can make an image pop, that's what we try to do here.

I'm vaccinated with Pfizer and the first booster and second booster and the third booster, I still wear a mask around my customers as required.

I've up graded our equipment with a few dozen 6B leads and drafting pencils plus new anti static brushes to make it simpler to use anti newton glass film carriers.

We have added several anti static wisks to the film loading area of the lab. It makes loading the anti newton glass carriers much simpler!

I just noticed a rotary cutter on a craft program and it was more precise than scissors! I've added several to our kit. This will allow for a very straight cut of your film, unlike scissors.

This week end we're experiencing a hurricane.

I'm just amazed that the analog photography community is all set for production of 8x10 or 5x7 film printing ability. We have a L184 Durst enlarger with a 1200 watt light source that is ventilated and has a working rheostat that can keep itself cool, Talk to me if you wish to print large format film up to 8x10 in B&W.

I went out to Andover to visit OPTEK on Thursday, they repair cameras and work on electrical systems, My friend Mario had a Blad repaired for a good price and they had used equipment and lenses also at good prices.

I'm sure all of you who are shooting large format and do not own a large format enlarger would like to print your negatives. We have a Durst L184 enlarger for rent at the lab. We are analog and B&W and can print up to 20x24 RC or Fiber! Let us know if you are interested!
