Hello everyone! 🌷

It's been a while since I've been active on here! I'm very excited to share some updates, as well as a big announcement that I have.

I'm so happy to let you all know that I am currently shifting into a fully holistic skincare practice. It has always been a dream of mine to offer facials using all-natural ingredients while promoting true mind & body wellness through my techniques.

I also wanted to announce that I will be leaving The Vanity Boutique BC , & soon starting my new holistic journey at Aura Sutra in Boulder City! I'm very excited to see how my skincare services will evolve 🌀 I will still be offering my lash & waxing services as well. A new service menu will be posted soon.

I wanted to greatly thank Kristen Byers for always being the most amazing & supportive woman. She welcomed me into The Vanity over a year & a half ago, helped me grow my clientele, & has taught me so much. I feel so blessed to now have another opportunity to expand my career in a way that my soul fully resonates with 💓

Lastly, I’m wanting to create a whole new feel for my marketing, so I’m currently rebranding. So much intention has gone into all of this, which is why I’ve taken a step back from my social medias to really allow things to unfold ✨

ACNE MANAGEMENT TIPS 💟
✧ mental & physical ✧ for those with acne prone skin

I know that each individual’s experience with acne is so different. Different types of acne, different causes. I also know that acne can produce insecure feelings about ones self. Sometimes that may even be a reason for the continuing of the acne (majorly stressing over the acne it’s self) 💓

It is so possible to break the cycle of the stress & confusion that acne may bring 🌷 Start consciously feeding yourself better thoughts. Be aware of what it is you’re saying to yourself, & how you mentally treat your acne 🌈 Find that luv for yourself ⭐️

Along with a positive mindset switch, I have found the tips above to greatly help my acne as well as my client’s acne. Being more conscious with your actions everyday may help as well 💧

ACNE AFFIRMATIONS ☮️

When dealing with acne, it can be easy to fall into a self conscious mindset. Acne has been labeled by society through time as not “pretty”, & simply as something abnormal.

No matter the severity of the acne that one may have, it is more than okay to let yourself experience the mental ups & downs of acne. However it is so vital to remind yourself of the beauty that you carry, the beauty that you are 🌷(try letting each new blemish be your reminder, you can even try thanking your blemishes hehe)

I have been on an acne journey myself for over 3yrs now, & accepting acne changed my life. Slowly turning that pain into love for myself took patience, & lots of daily affirmations!! 🧡

✧ Also ✧ Continuing to have breakouts after accepting & starting to heal acne, is MORE than normal!! (healing is not linear) Self love is what’s most important during an acne journey. Lowered stress levels aid in healing acne, & finding self love just makes the journey feel so much lighter. Every human deserves to live happily & comfortably ✨
