Let's breathe.
Sit upright, spine tall, free, and heart open. Close your eyes and let your nervous system relax. Inhale through your nose for four counts, hold that breathe at the top for four counts, and exhale it all out of your mouth for counts. Release all tension through the exhale. Repeat this process for about 3-5mins, and you should feel a shift in your psycho-physiology.

Breathwork is a science of changing the biology of the body. When we consciously breathe, it changes our brain ๐ง . It literally relaxes the brain and produces brainwaves that enhance our mental clarity, focus, and perception of reality.
