Hi All, I'm really excited to share the launch date of the neurodiversity community Center in the Boulder area! I've loosely been a part of the team putting this space together, and I'm really glad there's going to be a third space (if you don't know what this is, definitely go look it up!) for our neurodivergent community!

There's still a few spots left in the 2nd cohort of the autistic & adhder process group!

For those of you are yourselves neurodivergent, or are working with neurodivergent clients who struggle to build deep friendships (or any friendships) lose their sense of self in social situations (mask), or feel a tremendous sense of not-belonging-ness, I'm offering a second cohort of my autistic & adhder process group for 18+ women (cis or trans) and genderqueer folxs.
It's run by a neurodivergent therapist (me!) who brings my 10+ year background in social meditation practices to the group. Current group members report feeling safety and permission to be themselves, as well as gratitude to the group and group members. I've watched tremendous growth in some group members in their capacity to be vulnerable, ask for support, and feel a sense of belonging, as well as their overall mental health.

Since the first ones been such a success, I am starting a second Autistic & ADHDer in-person process group for 18+ women/genderqueer folxs. These groups offer a wonderful opportunity to feel deeply connected to others, practice unmasking, and build community.

On Friday September 29th at 7:00pm I will be giving a talk at the Boulder Healing Hub titled: Unleashing Self-Compassion: Discovering Neurodiversity's Transformative Power

In this enlightening talk you'll discover the power of the neurodiversity paradigm for all neurotypes. Gain insights and practical exercises to embrace your authentic self and unleash self-compassion.

There will also be a raffle of some really wonderful practitioners services, many more engaging talks, and just general connecting and networking with some great people.

Hello all!
I want to introduce my new practice, Divergent Paths Counseling. We offer neurodiversity-affirming therapy to teens and adults, as well as lived-experience trainings and consultation for clinicians working with neurodivergent clients. Modalities include contemplative, somatic (sensorimotor), parts-work, and relational approach. All care is LGBTQIA+-affirming, poly-affirming, s*x-positive, anti-ableist, anti-racist, and culturally sensitive. I look forward to serving our weird, wonderful, neurodivergent community :)
